2009 Activity report

The year 2009 was marked by a number of specific elements in both our partners and internally to the Agam. Most partners have brought profound changes to their operation and their internal organization: this is particularly the case of the urban community, the city of Marseille and decentralized services of the state with the creation of DREAL ( Definition : Regional Directorate of Environment, Physical Planning and Housing. ) (Devolution Regional Sustainable Development Department) and the Departmental Direction of Territory and Sea (Inter logic).

The arrival of new partners, the need to forge new relationships, mutual adaptation to new processes and operations required in 2010 will still require some run-ins, as regards the Agam, its activity in 2009 was continued in the main areas of intervention that structure its program of work for several years.

Three peculiarities are worth noting:

An expanded partnership to strengthen the spectrum of labor relations with public agAM do not sit on the board: that's agreements were made with the regional council, the public facility land regional association Marseille Provence 2013, RTM, the World Bank,

A major overhaul of communications tools to explain, to present, to share. The website has been completely revised, redesigned publications and events renewed with the creation of a new conference cycle “ID OF CITIES”.

A big job of recovering data from the census of the population with the aim of revealing changes, confirmations or changes in trends which knowledge is useful for the public partners can adapt if their responses in their public policies
